Relay Strategy Partners is an independent advisory firm rooted in experience at the world’s top financial institutions.

After advising hundreds of companies and private equity investors through complex transactions, we saw a gap: middle-market owners face similarly high-stakes decisions—but often without access to the strategic tools or perspective that larger firms take for granted. Relay was built to close that gap. We bring institutional-grade thinking and capital strategy into reach for founder-led businesses navigating the most important opportunities in ownership, capital, and control.     We work across most industries with just a few exclusions: real estate, pharmaceutical research, oil & gas, and restricted sectors (e.g. cannabis, firearms)

  • We work with companies headquartered across the United States. Many are based in the Southeast - our backyard.

  • The best outcomes take time to achieve, and we’re patient. We sit elbow-to-elbow to guide companies through the key pillars that support best-outcome transitions.
